Hey!
I‘m Valentina, a photographer and illustrator, exploring the opportunities of cultural exchange, especially enjoying connecting with other people, their culture, values and daily routines through platforms like workaway and couchsurfing.
Through summer I have my photography jobs, off working season i use as a beautiful chance to come around new places and make new experiences.
As I got around a lot during the past two years I've met a lot of people through every possible way. With some we've build a trustful connection and I turn back to them as a dear friend, looking after their houses during their absence, helping out during stressful times or just being a welcomed guest. It is not common sense to build relationships like these and I need to mention it because there were people who I disliked and who disliked me back - you'll easily find it in my recensions. I guess it is part of life and thus I prefer to not hide it away as I consider transparency an important instrument for any community. I love to meet people who are not afraid of it and these are the ones who I am specially grateful for having found on this platform!

My main activities are about connecting to people and creativity - I’m photographing events like festivals and weddings and am also tourguiding in my hometown.
I’ve also made some beautiful experiences when working with children and volunteering with refugees.
I enjoy different creative disciplines like writing, sketching, and photography, also have profound skills working with creative software.
