Currently searching for a new destination for November 2026. Thinking Oceania, boat trip anywhere or boat trip in the Amazon.
To become more immersed I would like to stay with locals. In return I can help with pretty much anything requiring hands on. I am capable of working independent but also interested in learning new techniques and building materials.

I love the outdoors. I always like to learn new things and meet new people. I am happily married and have three grown up kids. I play a Djembe drum and enjoy jamming.

I spent one week at Casa de la manta and had a wonderful time. The room I stayed in is a hotel room with kitchen and a fantastic view. The lunches provided by Mercedes were delicious. The closest market is only 15 min by foot.
The work consisted of reestablishing the beach access as there is a lot of erosion. And than there is always trash to pick… read more
