Pronounced ~Tay-sa~, I am a low-key and curious Canadian looking for adventure and learning in New Zealand. My goals are broad and I'm open to exploring many of my interests: boating & paddling, horses & gardening, hiking & camping, cooking & creating. I'm keen to meet warm and fun natured folks while helping out in the kiwi community. 🤙🏼☀️

In short form, this is some of the experience I bring to the table:
Farm & labour work - harvesting (pine cones, corn, and berries), home gardening, event set up/takedown, some home renovations (sanding, painting, staining, demos),
Horses & animals - a lifelong animal lover, grew up with two horses (trail riding mostly), volunteering with my local therapeutic riding centre.
Boats & marinas - small boat handling as a harbour tour guide, deck hand work, line handling, sailing & racing as crew.
Personal assistant & home care - grocery shopping & cooking for employers, schedule management, house cleaning & general home support.
Child & youth care - 5 summers as a youth day camp leader, a strong interest in community programs, play, and accessibility.
Creative spaces - a generally creative, DIY person with an interest in photography and videography, yarn works, and small furniture projects.
