✈️We are currently in Ireland 🇮🇪

Life is unique.
And so we have to make the most of it. This could be traveling, meeting new people, finding a new purpose in life, doing what makes you feel better.
Workaway is a great way to bring it all together. And that's why me and my partner are joining this platform.

📸 Hi, I'm Doug (31) and Kemy (29) is my girlfriend. Together, we started a travel project, called “Os Mochilantes”, where we've discovered many waterfalls, climbed mountains and camped there and on in some beaches too. And from this year, we want to do something different, we plan to travel to Europe, and other countries nearby or far away heheh

📃 We both have EU citizenship 🇪🇺🪪

I know this platform since 2011, when I was starting my college. And I've never forgot the idea of doing this program. Now that Akemy and I have more life experience, maturity and wisdom of what really make us happy, we are starting this project, and we hope we can help as much as we can to make it happen.

Que habilidades tienes?

We have some different skills from each other:

👉 Douglas is graduated in physical education, and works since 2014, as a pilates instructor (it would be a pleasure to share this method with the hosts by increasing the conscious of their bodies).
- He also was a swimming teacher, for 2 years, and was swimmer for 6 years when was young.
- Doug have some experiencies with Bar. He worked for 3 years as bartender in a club of his city. Doing drinks, cashier and cleaning things.
- More recently, he started to work with event organization and performed all kinds of work such as: sound check, decoration, cashier, social media, video, photos etc. He have no fear to learn something new.
We just have skills, when we put hands on it, right?

👉 Akemy is a publicist in a advertising agency since 2018, and is graduated in publicity and adversiting.
- She was owner of company of manufactory toys made with wood, doing the social media part of business, that makes the products being shipped in Brazil and other countries, like England, United States, Scotland.
- She has some skills with social media, increasing engagement with contents, strategies. In addition to working with technology.
- She also worked with sales in shopping malls, where she worked at the cashier and cleaning in general too.
- In college, Akemy also did some volunteer work at the university, mainly organizing events and with student leagues.

👫 Both have skills in taking care of animals (we have dogs and we love animals in general), housework (cleaning, hands, tools, fixing things).

The name of our profile is osmochilantes, because we've started a project together on the internet. We have always loved to travel in our country, to find new waterfalls, trekking and hiking some mountains, and for that reason, we started to register this adventures in our instagram profile (@osmochilantes), and in our youtube channel.
It would be very grateful to register all the experience that we'd get in this journey.

We are still learning and improving our other languages non native in practice.
We like to talk with people, enjoying like, dancing, or playing some crazy game, or making the dinner together, sharing our secrets recipes and favorite drinks hahah.
