Molly: I have experience in organic farming, including planting, weeding, tending to, hand pollinating, and harvesting crops, as well as maintaining a composting system. I have also dabbled in beginner's beekeeping and marketing/selling produce. In addition to this, I am also experienced in animal care, including cleaning, feeding, and handling animals through my time on farms and working at a humane society. I have done WorkAway stays in Costa Rica and Peru and have also traveled to several different continents learning about climate change justice. Between this and my manual labor experience, I am no stranger to hard work or a fast pace of life, and I am always excited to explore new places! I am a native English speaker but also speak intermediate Spanish.

Cate: I have worked in the outdoor industry for the past 5 years, and have experience in outdoor recreation and manual labor. I work well on a team, and am a motivated individual with a strong work ethic. I am always up to try new activities and work, and look forward to expanding my worldview through Workaway experiences. I have experience working with animals. I have traveled to multiple continents to study climate change, and love learning about new places. I am a native English speaker, and conversationally fluent in Spanish.

I have experience in organic farming, including a six month apprenticeship in farm management, which involved extensive planting, weeding, tending to, hand pollinating, and harvesting crops, as well as learning how to make decisions to manage an organic farm. I have also dabbled in beginner's beekeeping and marketing, selling, and distributing produce. In addition to this, I am also experienced in animal care, including cleaning, feeding, and handling animals through my time working at multiple animal shelters and farms. I have done several WorkAway stays in the past and have also traveled to several different continents learning about climate change justice, so between this and my manual labor experience, I am no stranger to hard work or a fast pace of life. I am a native English speaker but also speak intermediate Spanish.
