Mon amie Marie et moi (Ludivine) souhaitons voyager sur le continent africain. Nous avons déjà réalisé toutes les deux du wwoofing en France et en Angleterre ainsi que de l'écovolontariat et nous voulons maintenant voir des horizons plus lointains. Nous sommes toutes les deux en fin d'études et nous aimerions travailler dans des fermes, faire la connaissance de nouvelles personnes et découvrir de nouvelles cultures et paysages.

Hi everyone,
My friend Marie an I (Ludivine) would like to travel accross the african continent. We already did some woofing in France and England but we now want to see new horizons. We are both french students and we would like to work on farms, meet new people and discover the culture and landscapes of the countries we visit.

Le travail dur ne nous dérange pas et nous avons l'habitude de travailler dans divers domaines (entretenir le jardin, s'occuper des animaux, faire les foins, ramasser des légumes ou des fruits, vendre des produits sur le marché ou encore s'occuper d'enfants...). Nous avons fais des études dans la préservation de l'environnement, nous avons donc une bonne expérience concernant la gestion de l'environnement

Hard work does’nt bother us and we are used to work in various fields (gardening, caring for animals, haying, gathering vegetables or fruit, selling products on the market or taking care of chidrens ...). We've done studies in nature preservation so we do have a good experience in environmental managment.

Marie was a joy to have at my farm. She settled in quickly, learned the routines fast, and was always keen to do whatever needed attending to. I spent three weeks at the farm. I met Elisa, her four horses and the cat Hannah ! Although there is a lot of things to take care of, the work isn't that hard. Elisa is one of the kindest person i've ever met, plus she is an amazing cook ! Knowledgeable, I got to learn a lot from her, whether in horse matters or working on the farm.

I spent almost a month at Tammy's and Murray's farm during winter. All of the family is really nice, I had a lot of cake and coffee break at Granny’s !
Tammy is a great skidoo rider, careful though, when you’re riding with her, you could end up in the luggage rack !

I originally planned to stay for 3 weeks, I ended up staying two and a half at Laurie's. And although none of this was planned, I have no regrets staying !
I learned so much about lambing and farm life. Plus, we had a great team with a great atmosphere which made it really difficult to leave.

It's been a while since I came back from Greece, sorry it took so long ! I spent two weeks with Vassilis and an other volunteer, mostly doing some cooking, cleaning and taking care of the dogs and cats. Also came to do some preparations for paragliding. Good experience, we had really good talk with Vassilis.

It's been a while since I came back from Greece, sorry it took so long ! I spent two weeks at the shelter with Katarina and the other volunteers. Great experience, so rewarding with endearing dogs, always happy to spend time with you. I would have loved to bring back some of them with me !

Really good experience with Johanna and her family. Such a generous and kind person, she invited in her home for a few days and I was happy to do Christmas preparations with her. Also, the work isn't very hars and the animals are likeable. I'd love to come visit someday )

Marie was with us for just a short time but she managed to do a lot! Caring for the animals, building chicken house, cleaning, baking for Christmas etc. It was very interesting and fun to share time and discuss with her and nice to work together. Thankyou Marie for all your help. Wishing lot's of sunshine for you and great northern adventures ;).
