I love to work outdoors and getting stuck into tasks. I enjoy practical work and have some experience in conservation volunteering which I really enjoyed the practical element and working outside. I loove to swim (especially in the sea!) and cycle. I also love to be surrounded by animals and care really deeply for them, especially cows.

Andrea is a very welcoming and generous host, making sure I was comfortable and well looked after as soon as I arrived. We shared very delicious meals which she prepared. The gardens were a beautiful place to stay with basic facilities as described. Dario and Ivana were great hosts, allowing me to come to the supermarket with them as well as recommending other places in Sicily to visit. There is not so much to do in Spartà so having a car is quite beneficial here, though it will be better when the path is finished … read more
