Hello, my name is Liepa,

I am 27 year old lithuanian.
I am a graphic artist. I work as a teacher in an art school in Vilnius, the capital city of Lithuania.

Couple of years ago I traveled to Portugal and thanks to Workaway, I've got a great chance to spend almost a month living in a countryside with two wonderful duch hosts.

My main daily tasks were to heard goats, take care of chickens and help around the household.

It was a simple, calm but never boring life.

This year me and my husband decided to travel around the Balkans for a few months.
Now we are on the road and we are looking for a place to settle for few weeks.

Both of us like simple countryside life and we are looking for a place where we could be useful.

Both of us like to cook and generally are not afraid of daily chores.

* My special skills include taking care of children and animals.

* Joris's special skills include woodworking, construction, general maintenance.

We are looking forward to meet our future hosts.

Que habilidades tienes?

I used to spend my summers in the village, helping my grandmother in the garden.
I also worked in a botanical garden (I was taking care of medicinal herbs). I don't have much experience in agriculture, tho.
I have dreamed of herding goats since childhood, after I red Johanna's Spyri book "Heidi".
Sadly, never got a chance to take care of the barnyard animals, but I really like animals and I think I would do well.
I have a dog myself, she is great company, I love her so much, we travel together a lot.

I like to draw and create, I can be useful in helping with creative projects and crafty things.
I like to cook, I have experience in cooking for large groups of people, so I can throw a feast for you. :))
I work as an art teacher with 8 - 10 year old kids. Also I have been working at a camp with children for five summers in a row , so if you have kids I can take care of them and come up with creative activities.

I learn fast and I'm excited to acquire new skills.
