I find happiness and motivation in being active and embracing the outdoors. I like playing sports like football and beach volleyball – feeling the sunshine and sea breeze while being active really energizes me. Chasing sunsets on the beach or hiking in the hills brings me joy; the beauty and peace I feel in nature is something I treasure. Working with my hands and doing physical labor also motivates me. I’m happy to get my hands dirty – whether it’s building, gardening, or helping on a farm, I enjoy any task that requires strength and effort. As a fitness instructor, I thrive on activity and love seeing the results of hard work, both in myself and in helping others get stronger and healthier. Animals and nature are big parts of what makes me happy. I have always felt comfortable around animals and enjoy caring for them. Spending time with pets or farm animals always brightens my day, and I feel calm and content when I’m surrounded by wildlife or in a natural setting. Traveling and meeting new people excite me too. My international experience has made me curious about the world, and I enjoy discovering new landscapes, tasting new foods, and understanding how different communities live. Learning and being immersed in different cultures makes me feel alive and grateful. Overall, I am motivated by adventure, personal growth, and a sense of community. Helping others, whether through volunteering or just being part of a team, brings me happiness too. I am eager to learn new skills, share my experience, and contribute wherever I can.

I’m a qualified fitness instructor based in Brighton, with a strong background in physical training, teamwork, and outdoor activities. My work has given me discipline, reliability, and the ability to stay focused and motivated in physically demanding environments.

I have also worked as a pool lifeguard, which strengthened my sense of responsibility, awareness, and safety. This role required constant attention, quick decision-making, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, as well as working closely with the public and within a team.

In addition, I have experience as a private Italian language teacher (1-to-1). This helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles. I’m comfortable teaching, explaining tasks clearly, and supporting others in a calm and encouraging way.

I enjoy hands-on, practical work and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. I’m happy to help with manual labor such as gardening, landscaping, building, maintenance, or farm work, and I enjoy tasks that require strength and consistency. I work well independently once shown what to do, and I’m also a strong team player.

I love animals and feel confident around them. I’m always happy to help with animal care, feeding, cleaning, walking, or general support. Being outdoors and working in nature is something I genuinely enjoy.

Having lived in both Italy and the UK since I was 16, I’m adaptable, open-minded, and used to different cultures. I speak fluent Italian and English with intermediate knowledge of Spanish and basic French and communicate clearly and respectfully.

Overall, I bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, physical capability, and enthusiasm to learn new skills. I’m reliable, active, and always happy to help wherever needed.
