I am Jo from Germany. During the touristic season I run a fish & chips foodtruck at the beach. It keeps me busy all summer long. But in the winter time I have room for other projects, such as biking through Spain and Portugal or building wooden cabins in Sweden. Now it's
time for something new, and this preferably in nature. I could never ever live in a big city.

Besides running my foodtruck I am experienced in carpentry. A few years ago I bought a property in Sweden and since then built two houses on site.
