I’m from a small village in the UK and have lived in cities at various points in my life. I’ve solo travelled in Tahiti and New Zealand as well as travelling to other places with friends. My travels have mainly involved farming workstays staying with families with younger children. From these travels I have learned that as much as I enjoy the touristy side of travelling, I much prefer experiencing the daily life of a local whilst getting to know my hosts!

For my day to day job in the UK, I work as a member of a nursing team in a mental health clinic and have done so since graduating university in 2024. My aim is to travel a bit more before I focus entirely on a career.

The type of hosts I am looking for are those who enjoy interacting with their workawayers and teaching me new skills during my stay. The flip side to this is I buy into the tasks set as well as helping around the house wherever I can.

I am more than happy to do hard work and consider myself fit and strong. I think i’m a good cook and would love to cook for any hosts looking to have a break from cooking. I'm curious and interested in a wide variety of things and how they work. I like to think my people skills are good and that I am easy to talk to which I exercise in my work as a healthcare assistant in a mental health clinic for inpatients.

My hobbies include: exercise, reading, sports, cooking, and eating nice food. I looove animals and pets as well as board and card games. Finally, I think its worth noting that I would see it as a bonus if I got to know my host and listened to THEIR story.
