I bring a wide range of skills and experience, thanks to my diverse background as a homeowner, volunteer, and senior project manager. I’m hardworking, resourceful, and adaptable, with a knack for taking on challenges and seeing projects through to completion.

I was a homeowner of a 1.2-acre property with an inground pool, volleyball court, and a split-level 3-bedroom house, I gained extensive hands-on experience. I managed all cleaning, cooking, painting, minor plumbing repairs, pool maintenance including season opening and closing, as well as grass cutting, wood chopping, and weed whacking. I’m no stranger to rolling up my sleeves and taking care of the little details that keep a property running smoothly.

In my volunteer roles, I’ve organized community events, brought people together, and contributed creatively to projects aimed at building connections and inclusivity. Whether it's planning, logistics, or simply pitching in wherever needed, I enjoy helping make a positive impact.

Professionally, I have years of expertise as a senior project manager. This has honed my skills in organization, communication, problem-solving, and working effectively with diverse teams. I excel at managing timelines, budgets, and resources while staying flexible and collaborative.

Altogether, I’m comfortable with physical tasks, creative problem-solving, and working with people from all walks of life. I’m eager to contribute my skills and learn from the experiences Workaway has to offer!

In my free time, I love playing cards and engaging in fun “minute to win it” games—they’re such a great way to share laughs and connect with others. I enjoy going for walks and mild hikes that let me take in the beauty of nature without being too extreme. Paddleboarding is one of my favorite activities, and I’ve even started kiteboarding lessons, which I’m excited to continue exploring. I’m always eager to try new things and embrace adventures that broaden my horizons.

Bonfires and deep, meaningful conversations are where I feel most at home—there’s something magical about connecting with others under the stars. I also find joy in forest bathing, immersing myself in nature to feel grounded, connected, and recharged. Music, singing, and dancing light up my world, even if I’m a little shy when it comes to singing in front of others.

One of the most special things I’ve discovered about myself is the energy I bring to those around me. Friends often comment that my presence feels grounding, loving, and deeply affirming, and I cherish being able to offer that to the people I meet. I’m looking forward to sharing this energy and enthusiasm with the wonderful people I encounter through Workaway!
