Hello!

My name is Kiyan, and I’m from the United States. I’ve been traveling around the world since April 1, 2024, and periodically seek out volunteer opportunities to immerse myself in local life.

One of my most memorable experiences was staying with three different host families in Kyrgyzstan. There, I picked up some local phrases, gained insights into the country from a local’s perspective, and tried handmade local foods. This experience ignited my desire to explore more.

I’ve raised chickens for about three years and have a basic understanding of gardening. I can offer help with cooking, language exchange (Cantonese, Mandarin, English, and proficient Spanish), and a hand in various tasks.

Beyond learning about local cultures, I’m eager to try new experiences such as foraging, fishing, farm stays, handyman work, and more. I look forward to the opportunity to work together!
