I am an avid traveler, adventurer, reader, singer, explorer and overall curiosity driven individual who loves to help others, check out local histories/ culture, and learn new languages along the way. I am a people person and despite not being entirely extroverted, I do typically choose an outing over staying in because I love a good story. I am a balanced person in most aspects of my life: work/ life, dietary, athleticism, humor, and of course, rest. I am a huge advocate for plentiful sleep and believe it enhances my ability to be present and truly take in my experiences no matter how "big" or "small". I am a spontaneous and active person who really appreciates finding affordable ways to have fun and connect with others. I also love a good thrift store! Despite my frugality, I know once in a lifetime opportunities are priceless and won't hesitate to make it happen if I know its for me. I love learning new languages and would love to be fluent in French within the next few years. I have been learning it while immersed in only English speaking areas for 10 years and truly feel I would pick it up quickly with immersion, patience, and a firm push to think of vocabulary on my own. Additionally, I would love to pick up some conversational Spanish, Italian, and eventually begin learning Russian to fluency. However, where ever I am, I will be putting in adequate effort to learn how to communicate in the native tongue as I feel that adds not only to my experience but the respect I have for each culture.

Que habilidades tienes?

I would love to say I am a jack of all trades but truly my areas of expertise is customer service, physical labor, and cleaning services. I have a background of 9 years in customer service / client success fields from working in the food industry to networking with directors/ producers to assisting clients during large events like conferences, concerts, musicals and conventions. I love working with people as empathy, active listening, anticipating needs, and providing guidance are at the core of who I am. Additionally, I am a very tidy person; I love keeping spaces clean AND organized while providing user friendly design set ups when arranging living spaces and sleeping quarters. I love thinking outside of the box when it comes to creating, rearranging , and collaborating for new projects. I have a strong attention to detail and therefore, I typically leave places cleaner than I find them. With that, remaining physically active is a preference for me. In my current field as a stagehand, I have worked to build entire stages with large teams, installs lights/ speakers, break down convention stands, and move large equipment typically in flight cases or modular carrying cases. I typically set up speakers, microphones, lights, and other stage tech equipment as part of my Audio/ Visual certification, however, I have yet to reach expert level in this niche. I love all the work that I do and typically, find my experiences rewarding. Other hobbies of mine that I would love to explore during work exchanges would be: social media management, journalism/ vlog writing, singing/ songwriting, acting, cooking and learning anything that excites my host/ travel buddies as a way to connect and develop new skills.

Despite being covered in my skills, some of my hobbies are:
- Rollerskating
- Singing: I love karaoke! but belting in a car on the way to our next location is always a great time.
- Hiking: when the weather is right, a hike and a picnic just keeps me grounded
- Bike Rides: I love exploring local cities and towns by bike in addition using bikes as transportation.
- Beach days: laying in the sun with a book or jumping through the waves
- Swimming in general ( ocean, lake, river rafting, pool days, hot tubs, cold plunges)
- Cooking, I seriously love cooking and exploring new ways to make traditional meals that meet others dietary needs
- Baking: I am not as good at baking but love to do it as its VERY rewarding when it turns out right
- Working out: Despite being part of my routine, I love to find different ways to workout that are challenging, productive or just straight up fun! Like paddle boarding, rock climbing, hula hooping, line dancing or just dancing in general.
- Board games and things alike: I love a good board/ card game with friends or other interactive options like JackBox Tv
And really so much! I am such an easy going person who loves to be creative. I used to play piano, make and edit music, film/ edit videos, and act in plays regularly and despite not always having access to my hobbies, my passions persist.
