Hi, I'm Giulia! 👋

I'm a 27-year-old Italian who has called Australia home since 2019. I'm energetic, curious, and happiest outdoors, whether that's rock climbing, chasing waterfalls or dancing. I also love a good chat over good food, and I'm always up for a deep conversation about politics, life, or whatever's on your mind. I love eating anything local and handmade, basically everything that tastes good! 😄 I'm easy to live with, respectful of your space, and always happy to pitch in. I'd love to share a meal, learn from you, and leave your place better than I found it. 🌿

Que habilidades tienes?

I love art in every form that lets me create something. I paint, make jewellery and ceramics, and lately I've been focusing mostly on photography, especially portraits and festivals. Travel is what keeps my inspiration going: seeing and trying something new every day.

My main background is hospitality, and I've also worked as a stand up paddle instructor and guide in Sicily, which taught me how to look after people, keep them safe and make them feel at ease in the outdoors. I've done plenty of farm work too: tomato planting, quality control in an almond factory, and cleaning. On my previous Workaway stays I looked after goats and chickens, built fences, planted trees and did lots of weeding.

I like to push myself a little further every day, and I'm keen to learn new skills of every kind: crafting, survival skills, marketing, cooking, gardening, and spending time with kids. I love nature and animals, and I enjoy being around people who are interesting and genuinely good inside.

Outside of that, I'm a big rock climbing fan and would love to learn how to surf! 🏄‍♀️

I have a diploma in graphic design, I know how to use illustrator and create graphics content for your business such as: business card, flyers, advertisement flyers.

And I did a barista and bartending course in Italy.
I worked as a nail beautician for 6 years.
