Descripción
Hello!! We are Lionel and Freya, a couple from Peru and the USA. We have been traveling through South America since April 2025 and have loved sharing new experiences as we travel together. We are both interested in visiting new places and trying new things, and love to spend time in nature. We would like to do things such as gardening/farming, building things, and working with animals, but are open to many other types of projects as well.
Hola!! Somos Lionel y Freya, una pareja de Perú y Estados Unidos. Llevamos viajando por Sudamérica desde abril de 2025 y nos ha encantado compartir nuevas experiencias juntos. A ambos nos interesa visitar nuevos lugares y probar cosas nuevas, y nos encanta pasar tiempo en la naturaleza. Nos gustaría dedicarnos a la jardinería, la agricultura, la construcción y trabajar con animales, pero también estamos abiertos a muchos otros proyectos.

Freya has some experience gardening at home and taking care of plants, and has also done some simple woodworking projects. We both have experience in the customer service industry as well as taking care of animals (specifically dogs). Neither of us are super experienced in any particular thing but we are always interested in learning!

Freya y Lionel son dos chicos muy tranquilos, respetuosos; ellos me ayudaron mucho en la construcción de un piso, en la agricultura, haciendo actividades como fumigar papas, poner abono orgánico a la hierba del cuy y sacar hierbas malas del cultivo de haba.

Pasamos 2 semanas en la casa de Yuditta y disfrutamos mucho nuestro tiempo ahí! Es un lugar muy bonito y Yuditta nos hizo sentir como en casa. Trabajamos cada día desde las 8AM hasta la 1PM luego tuvimos toda la tarde libre. Recomendamos mucho este voluntariado, nos quedamos 2 semanas que valieron totalmente la pena, Jefferson y su familia son unas personas muy amables. Desde el primer día nos hicieron sentir como en casa, extrañaremos mucho a sus 2 lindos perritos (Thanos y Arlo) con los cuales pasamos mucho tiempo, ya que normalmente los días de semana estamos solos… read more

Eventhough they are young, Lionel and Freya were resposible, generous and honest to our dogs. They worked hard and gave lots of love to them.
