Shalom!
My name is Elana, I was born in Israel, grew up in The Netherlands, traveled around the world a bit and am currently in Canada with the plan to go back to Israel 18th of June. I'm a born again Christian, and interested in helping with whatever is needed, while exploring nature, Holy Sites and getting enough time for my own projects (I'm currently writing a book and would like to start a few other projects as well).

I'm tidy and quiet and like to have a lot of time to myself to recharge but also enjoy being social and getting to know people during fun activities.
I love campfires, live music, dancing, deep conversations, hiking or walks in nature, and I'm interested in off-grid living, food forests, whole food natural living and Bible prophecy. I also love celebrating the Jewish feasts I grew up with. I think Christianity could be represented better since true Christianity in my opinion is to follow Jesus, not religion.

Galatians 3:29

For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

This I believe describes that gentiles become Jews through adoption as soon as they accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. This for me includes paying attention to and celebrating Jewish feasts. I've been celebrating Erev Shabat every week now for a while, learning to bake my own Challah bread :). I'm keen to learn more about Jewish feasts, language and tradition!

I eat plant based, and am happy with simple meals or to prepare my own.
I really like meeting new people and immersing myself in rich culture. In the past I have lived in Kenya for three months for my internship physiotherapy with disabled children and volunteered for 4 months in the Philippines where I taught meditation and practiced massage. I lived 2 years in New Zealand and 4 years in Australia where I experienced some farm work and was trained in Hawaiian massage.
I have some hospitality experience from when my parents had their own camping site many years ago and I have experience with Wordpress for creating my own website.
