Hey there!
My name is Carmen, I´m 20 years old and I live in Germany. After graduating from school last year I spent one year travelling before starting University this October.
I spent 3 months travelling through Italy and doing workaway last summer and then January to April I travelled to south east asia and Australia. I went home to work and then travelled a bit more in Europe. I worked in a B&B in Sweden, travelled through Scotland and Morocco and did a Roadtrip through Portugal, Spain and France.
I love traveling because there's so much you can learn that you just can't learn in school. I discovered so much about different people, cultures, lifestyles and also about myself.
However, I feel like through working and living with locals, I can get to know the country from a whole different side as I did as a tourist.
I am eager to meet new people and learn new things. I am an energetic and social person and I love long talks while still enjoying quiet time for myself preferably in the nature. The better I get to know someone the more I open up.

Que habilidades tienes?

- i love taking care of animals and since I own a horse myself I´m also used to doing work at the stable so I don´t have a problem with getting my hands dirty
- I´m leading a children group from church with children from the age of 8-13, where I learned to be patient and cope with difficult situations
- during my time at school I have worked at a bakery for over 2 years, where I learned to handle difficult customers and got used getting up early if necessary.
- I´m really open to learning as many new skills as possible and broaden my horizon
- I´m a very curious person and I like to be active with the work with my children group, horseback riding, volleyball, spending time with friends and socializing. However, I also enjoy some quiet time: I love reading, journaling, listening to music, taking photos or just spending time in the nature.
