Hi, I'm Ariana. I'm a 27-year-old biologist, currently studying a Master's in Global Change and Ecology. I am passionate about volunteering in sustainable living projects, as I find it inspiring to explore and understand more sustainable ways of life. I think it is crucial and admirable to make such changes, especially in the context of global change, where many of our current problems are caused by the modern world.

I am very fond of animals and consider myself friendly, adaptable, and eager to learn. I am particularly interested in slow travel, my goal is not to see everything at once, but to spend meaningful time in each place and truly experience the local culture.

Through my studies and professional experience, I have worked in various field jobs and volunteer positions, so I am used to challenging environmental conditions and in fact, I enjoy being away from the comforts of the city.

I strongly believe that with the right attitude, one can learn to do anything :)

I’m a people person who enjoys working with others. I'm proactive, organized, and responsible.

I consider myself creative and good at doing DIY projects and crafts. I love painting and have helped paint some murals.

As a biologist, I have done a lot of fieldwork and am used to working in difficult environmental conditions without amenities. I also have writing experience, including writing scientific papers and helping with project proposals.

I have worked as a receptionist in hostels, where my main responsibilities included checking in guests and performing general cleaning duties. I have also volunteered in a bar, serving customers.

I have also worked at summer camps and in environmental education programs, where I gained experience in teaching and interacting with children.

Additionally, I’m open-minded and enthusiastic about embracing new experiences and challenges, always with a smile.
