Hey :)
We are Clara and Antonia from Germany. We finished school in June '23 and now after we decided to travel around the world backpacking. We look forward to meet people from different countries and learn about their way of life and culture. And we would love to be able to help wherever we can!
Nature and Environment is important to us. Therefore we are interested in sustainable projects and we also try to avoid going by plane. We also love being creative and projects which involve children or animals.
Of course we are open to join different kinds of projects and learn new skills.
We are looking very forward to meeting you!

Que habilidades tienes?

We are both interested in many different subjects so we are open minded and tolerant and we would love to learn new things.

We already volunteered in two Hostels, did reception work, nightshifts and cleaning there.
In the Caribbean we worked on an organic farm. We we took care of the beds, did a lot of weeding, transplanted seedlings in the plant-nursery. Other tasks included harvesting, weighing, sorting and packing the local products.
Another Workaway in the Caribbean included painting and glazing inside and outside of the house.
Our first workaway in France included gardening and painting jobs and also work with animals. We really enjoyed that!

Clara:
I dance since a young age and I have some experience in acting too.
Furthermore I spent half a year on a tall ship, where I learned sailing and cooking for a large number of people. This time also made me more stress-resistant and selfconfident.
In general you could describe me as logical, organised, ambitious and willing to learn, but also polite and cooperative. I value honesty and reliabilty.


Antonia:
I have three younger siblings and a lot of cousins. I did an internship in a kindergarten and some other projects with kids. Therefore I like to work with children, play or cook with them, teach them new things…

In addition to that I am also experienced in dealing with animals & pets. At home we have sheeps, cats, rabbits, a dog and I used to ride horses a lot. I am very patient, reliable and considerate and I love to take care of them.

On weekends I worked in a restaurant.
Working as a waitress taught me a lot. You have to deal with a wide variety of people there. Which also means that I can deal with stress and people with special requests. Sometimes you have to coordinate many things at the same time and be very quick, but I always remain calm and friendly.

I love arts and crafts.
Whether it's digital or print media, photo or video editing, liberal arts, handcrafts or design - I love to be creative!
I also did some internships in this industry. For example at an advertising and print company.
All in all I'm always looking for creative solutions to problems.

Other skills:
Ever since I got my driver's license, I really enjoy driving, even longer distances.
