Hello! We are Bruno and Ananda, an Italian-Brazilian couple passionate about traveling, culture, and new experiences. Our story began in 2022, when we met and fell in love. Two years later, we decided to take a big step: we left our jobs to explore the world in a unique way — through volunteering.

Our first stop was Italy, where we began this incredible journey in October 2024.

We believe that every volunteer experience is a valuable opportunity for learning and exchange. For us, helping is not just about offering our time and skills, but also about gaining new knowledge, connecting with inspiring people, and immersing ourselves in different cultures.

We are dynamic, flexible, and always eager to learn. If you are looking for dedicated, reliable, and passionate volunteers, we would love to be part of your project!

Note: We both hold Italian citizenship.

Que habilidades tienes?

Bruno: I am a software engineer and have been working in the industry for over four years, as well as taking on freelance projects. I have experience in software development, API integration, and digital marketing. Besides technology, I have a great passion for cooking – I love trying new recipes and reinventing dishes. I even considered changing careers to become a chef! 😂 I also have experience in event organization and beverage preparation. I am a curious and restless person, always eager to learn new things and explore different fields.

Ananda: I am a pedagogue and have been working as an early childhood teacher in Brazil for over three years. I have experience in bilingual schools with a Canadian methodology and Montessori approach, always in a bilingual setting. I am passionate about child development and love contributing to children's learning. In addition to education, I have experience in customer service, gained while working as a waitress during the years I lived in Portugal. I am communicative, proactive, and always willing to help.

Beyond our professional experiences, we have been in Italy for five months doing volunteer work. This experience has allowed us to meet incredible people and learn many new skills. We have taken care of various animals such as donkeys, goats, rabbits, dogs, and cats; we have done gardening, assisted in child care, participated in the olive harvest, and worked on restoration and DIY projects. We have also had the opportunity to help care for the elderly and collaborate in community activities, such as catechism classes. In short, we have had the chance to experience a little bit of everything! Our main goal is to acquire new knowledge, contribute in different ways, and collect stories to tell in the future.

We’re passionate about sports and stay active with weight training and walking 5 to 6 times a week. We love exploring new restaurants, bars, and cafés.

We also have a weekly tradition of gathering with friends for game nights, enjoying board games, card games, or simply cooking and socializing together. Additionally, we enjoy binge-watching series and movies in our free time.
