I left the United States and my corporate job at the beginning of 2024 and have been traveling in South America, exploring and taking a pause from my fast paced life in New York City. I have always been passionate and curious about the intricacies of how our bodies react to food, environment and how our mental well being plays a part in our health -it is all exquisitely connected. I am persuing courses to become an herbalist and am looking for volunteer opportunties to provide hands on experience to compliment my online studies. I am a loyal and dedicated hard worker who loves to learn new skills and work with others. I cherish the outdoors and being in nature and love to be hands on and perform physical labor.

My background is in building a successful tech company from the employee experience side with an emphasis on the human experience and community. My skills include leadership, building and creating community, planning and executing retreats and events, managing teams, creative problem solving and cultivating safe environments where people feel a sense of belonging and are inspired to do great work. I am proficient in writing, I have created podcasts and other creative projects and am excited to use these skills to learn about permaculture, herbs, animals, farming and sustainable living.
