Hi! I am Hester, I am a kayaking , sailing and powerboat/safety boat instructor and a Low Land leader ( I can take people walking on hills and mountains with no snow ) and I have a remote first aid rescue certificate and safeguarding ( how to deal with children in sports industry). I also I am a surfer but definitely not a pro, I just enjoy it ! I own a kayaking guided tours company in the west of Ireland (@killarneykayaking on Instagram ). For more than 10 years I worked as a Cafe manager and team leader ,
I also owned a restaurant in the northern Italian hills where I am from ( FB @verdemente ) and worked as a chef in another restaurant in the area; in my restaurant I was the chef and I used to grow the vegetables for the meals on my own.I also studied herbalism and naturopathy and I used those skills for picking up wild flowers and herbs and prepare healing combinations in the food I used to prepare as a chef, cooking is my passion!! I had two rescued Irish Greyhounds for 9 years with me and I know how to take care and deal with delicate and problematic dogs, they passed away four years ago. My best skills are to deal with people, look after them and keep them safe, and of course cooking . I am a hard worker and I like challenges , I love reading, taking pictures, running, hiking, skateboarding, surfing, yoga practising and keeping in a good health. I love to smile, have fun and think positive. I am easy going so usually ok with everything and everyone as long as there's respect , I don't smoke, don't drink and don't take any drugs. I am looking to spend the winter somewhere where I can do something I like , share experiences, get to know new realities and also relax!
