Hi!

***Update on October 9th: I am going back to France next week after several months of WorkAway in the amazing Ireland 🇮🇪 I am grateful to all the people I met. I thank all of you for your welcoming, your time, knowledge and generosity***

I am an enthusiastic and dynamic person, I am always smiling (or almost 😉) and I love to laugh. I like to live with communicative people and take pleasure to talk about everything.
I love the outdoors, sport and animals. I love walking, hiking and visiting at the same time.
I also like cooking and trying new ingredients and recipes. The results are often very good!
Actually, I enjoy busy days. I always find something to do and never get bored. But sometimes I also like to relax and watch some videos or read a book.

I nearly always lived in villages or little cities (excepted when I was in Paris!) and it's a real need for me to be in the countryside or at least a quiet place with easy access to nature.

After some personal and professional disappointments, I decided to change my life and do something I had never done before: work abroad for a few months to discover another culture and fine-tune my English skills.
Unfortunately, it’s not easy to find a seasonal job if you have a strong background, especially when you’re over 40… Although I am certainly more resilient than certain young people!
I finally changed my mind and am just searching a pleasant place to meet people, discuss, learn with them and speak English.

Que habilidades tienes?

I have over 15 years of experience in customer service as I worked in the hospitality industry, event organisation and sales. I worked in different sectors such as hotels, the champagne industry, Telecom field and security equipment for tree top adventure parks so, I am very adaptable. As I used to work in fast-paced environment, I developped very good organisational skills and proactivity.

I like DIY. I renovated my house and built another one. I prepared the walls and did all the painting inside, dug the soil and created a path with stones, etc... and have been gardening for several years.

I am a creative person and, during a period of my life when I had time... I used to do a lot of handcrafts on my own and also with my daughters when they were kids. One of my goals is to find time to do them again! One day maybe... ;-)

I also had a cat and a dog so, I know how to look after pets.

  I have to avoid wheat, cow milk and some vegetable such as the whole cabbage family, lentilles, peas. It’s intolerance, not allergy so, no big issue, I can adapt myself. I can also cook my own food when needed.
