Hello, I am a 33 year old French Canadian resuming travels after a few years break. I am currently working very hard at becoming fully self-employed through the online space, to be able to live a lifestyle that matches what i truly desire, and create an impact to help heal and rise those i encounter.

I'm very passionate about life, and evolving as a human being. Health, growth, spirituality, truth and depth matter a lot to me. I'm very mindful of the food i eat, the habits i nourish, and how i show up in the world. I'm not perfect, i'm actually very human, but i do focus greatly on being self-aware so i don't spread disease around me. From my point of view, love is the medicine. My aim is to live a heart-based life.

I also did a 50 hours training as a Breathwork Healing Facilitator (conscious-connected breathwork) in 2022, created and hosted a few wellness retreats, has offered a few workshops and cacao ceremonies.

I love communing with nature, sightseeing, practicing mindfulness, improving my habits, camping in conscious festivals with like-minded people, being near water sources, fueling my body with nourishing foods, but also love letting loose when the time calls for it. I am also more on the introvert side, even if I can be very social and value the meaningful connections I make with the wonderful humans around me, it is often when I am by myself that I can introspect and release things within. I love being around people, but I also need to recharge and have a good balance of alone time/ presence with others.
