Hello, I am Sophie. I am French. I have been in Portugal since May.
Over these last years, I have done many different exchanges (helping families, organic farms, school, communities, eco village, cooking in yoga and meditation retreat places or events, helping with kids, and I probably forgot some others...).
I do like the concept, sharing time with people from all over the world through exchanges. It's amazing to discover the diversity of people and cultures. It has brought me so much that as soon as I have the opportunity I just keep traveling and discovering the world.

She is mature, independent, fun to talk to and very helpful with any jobs that need doing (kitchen, childcare, housework, etc.). I really enjoyed my 10 days in this lovely family! I felt immediatly welcome and confortable with them.

I loved share time with Natasha, Philips, Little Philips and all their pets.
I really felt at home. Lots of nice discussions, meals and vines, movies in front of a warm fireplace, ...
