I love being outside and learning new things! I recently graduated from university with a degree in biology and I’m hoping use some time now to immerse myself in Spanish and explore different opportunities. Im passionate about conservation, the outdoors and staying active. I’ve swum my whole life so I love to keep moving. In the future, I Hope to work in food security so understanding where food comes from is also important to me.

I have a degree in biology from my university in the USA. I have worked on several organic farms and have extensive restaurant experience. I work 70+ hour weeks in my family restaurant doing everything from cooking to serving to bartending. I swam competitively for 18 years as well.
