I am a handy person who likes to get her hands on new tasks and learn new things. I´m interested in doing physical work and I do have some experiences in using a hammer and a brush. (building a goats stable and my bed, which I still sleep in- not in the stable of course ;))
When I was in school I spent almost all my holidays on a horse farm, working as a riding instructor and being a Mom-for-one-week for up to 30 children- so I guess I can deal with kids but I don´t want to look after children as a main task.

One of my goals of traveling is to meet new people, get to know new cultures and life concepts.

I stayed for three weeks with Heike, Sally, the most welcoming crew I´ve ever met and the funny bunch of animals- and I miss all of them!

The work is easy manageable and you can do a few different things like weeding, cleaning the stables, painting or building things. If you want an excellent helper stop looking. She's simply the best. She's very handy ( drilling, hammering, cleaning stables, painting, cooking or cleaning) and she's willing to try anything.

Sara was such a perfect helper in every skill. It is unbelieveble that she is only 20 years old. She knows how to cook very delicious food, knows how to work in the garden, in the house and how to organise things. My stay with Gregor and the whole bunch of workawayers ended too soon due to some health troubles. Nonetheless I enjoyed my two week stay - the work is really easy and good manageable and you can choose from a wide range of different tasks like weeding, building things, cleaning houses... So you never get bored!

Sara is a great girl,everybody loved her we the dogs and all horses.She helped foaling and named one of the foals Libako and we kept this name and will remember her every time we mention his name.

I lived with George, Maria and all the lovely animals for seven weeks - and it felt way too short! Leaving was hard after being a part of the family. The work is good manageable and you can do a few different things - there is always something to do.

My time with Sarah and Nigel (and all the other great people) was way too short and I would love to come back one day. The work isn't hard but very variegated so you can do a lot of different things. Both are great musicians and love to take you to the Folk Nights in the local Pubs or show you around in Devon. It never gets boring and you have… read more

I had a really short stay with the dogs and (more or less) with Lukas. It was pretty cool, the dogs are easy to handle and Lukas is a nice Host and has a big confidence in his Workawayers. Thank you so much for the nice days with you and your dogs! :)
