Hello! We are Nagomi and Anna from Japan.
We are close friends who met at university, and we’ve faced and overcome many challenges together.
We study policy studies at a university in Japan.
While we can’t speak English fluently yet, we can communicate in daily situations . We are studying English hard because we would love to make friends from different countries and learn about different cultures.
We love pottery and enjoy creating new things. Recently, we ran a small pottery stall at our university festival, which was a wonderful experience.
We also love eating and currently work together at an Italian restaurant.
We enjoy spending time with children and dogs, and we would really like to be involved in their daily lives.
Nagomi has a dog at home, so she is used to living with them.
Anna is half Japanese and half Nigerian and has lived in Japan all her life. She is interested in learning about different ways of life and exploring the landscapes of other countries.
We want to join Workaway to experience daily life abroad, improve our communication skills, and support hosts with their projects.
