Hello I'm Myriam, 52 years old, mother of 2 wonderful young adults. I often travel with my daughter Ella who's 22. I'm a health coach, yoga teacher and I give conferences on mind and body connection . I'm also an artist and therapist. Cooking and gardening have an important place in my life. I love listening to music, painting and enjoy cooking healthy food, and helping with food adaptations in relationship with allergies or specific diseases.
I need some quiet time working on my books or paintings, and practicing yoga asanas, meditation and breathwork. I love sharing, learning and discovering new places . I mainly live in Saint Rémy de Provence in the South of France.
My name is Ella, and I’m 22. I'm a student with a deep passion for philosophy, cinema, theater, history literature and politic. I love engaging with people from different backgrounds. I’m also quite energetic and active—I do a lot of sports. I practiced French boxing for eight years. My interest in spirituality and meditation has been growing,(thanks mum) and I would love to have the opportunity to discuss these topics with you.
