I haven't used workaway for a few years now but getting back here and looking for new missions and projects for 2026

2022
Since I left high school, I have been looking for my purpose in life and tell you what, it's been quite an adventure since.
I first moved to England, lived there for a year, studied English, worked. My biggest dream was to go to Cuba. I wanted to dance salsa, meet local people and learn about their culture. That has been the beginning and after that, I just wasn't able to stop. I went! And I did dance salsa!
Long story short, there was then a period in Canada and Greenland, and some traveling in Russia, solo traveling in India, surfing in Sri Lanka, eating spicy food there, doing yoga on top of mountains and volcanoes... but how about the rest I tell you over some tea or coffee at your terrace? :)

From my latest life changing experiences, that could also be of some use on your farm is that I studied and then worked in beekeeping and I just simply fell in love with the bees. I started being super interested in this back when Covid happenned and I kinda got stuck and couldn't travel, as everybody else. Working outdoors with these interesting creatures was what kept me sane!
But before my life as a bicycle guide - I went to 2years Beekeeping School in Poland, back at home it’s pretty big and I also found out that, my grandfather who I’ve unfortunately never met - was a big beekeeper and essentially built his house and life around bees… So it almost feels like destiny. I’ve worked with bees for 2 years in Poland, helped a beekeeper friend with his 150 hives and after that also volunteered in India, in Karnataka, learning about beekeeping there. What an incredible experience that was, enriching, hard, life changing.

Currently I am a travel guide and I take people on cycling trips around Europe - mostly Italy - Sardinia, Puglia, Dolomites and Piedmonte as well as Greece, Switzerland, France.

I am now on a 'vacation' from work which will start in April and looking for a place where I could be outside, work with minded people, learn from them and help out and get to know their stories and their reality.

While in Italy...
I spent a month close to Rome working with mentally disabled people, after which I lived in a tiny, unique and sweet village close to Lago d'Orta - there I did all different kinds of things - from gardening, building things to cooking, cleaning, teaching yoga.


2025
I am still working as a travel guide, since last time I wrote, it’s been the longest kept job I’ve had…4 years!

Always looking for new challenges, new things to learn, new inspirations and I know with workaway that is very possible to do. 
I am now in Spain, traveling a bit and taking time off but in December I will be back in Ecuador, work a trip in the Andes as well as the Galapagos and after that, I would like to give back a little bit, since I always move around all around the world, I would like to be somewhere for a while and help out with your projects, clean, garden, scrape the frames, clean the hives, peel potatoes - you name it!
I have been to Ecuador last year already, made some turtle and sealions aquitances, blue footted boobies in the Galapagos. Climbed some volcanoes in Ecuador and Colombia, run my first half marathon in the north of Italy...Just to give you an idea - I am not affraid of hard work, I love taking on new challenges and am always happy to work in the rain, in the sun, in the dark... Let me help you out, I promise I will give you the best of me!
