Mostly my heart motivates me,
it leads me to connect with other people ,
to be in the moment together, fully, wholeheartedly, at a bus stop, in a shop, anywhere.
I love to find connection across cultures and continents. I love to find out, to explore.
I love to read.
I like to go deep.
I love to walk barefoot in nature, to dance,
to play with earth, clay and sand, sticks and stones, feathers and shells …
to be outside, to swim, to sleep under the stars …
I love to celebrate the Cycle of the Year!
I especially love and advocate for children and old people.

I am a fit and healthy 70 year old Mother of 4 and Grandmother of 6.
I love being with children.
I used to be a primary school teacher in Britain and also have a diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language to Immigrant Children (TESL qualification).
I have a basic training in Counselling Skills and in Hand In Hand Parenting.
I have created and held sacred celebrations for the cycle of the festivals round the year for 30 years.
I listen and observe with an open heart.
I am kind and caring.
I am passionate about early child development and love to support parents to be with their young children.
I communicate effectively and can support people to find good ways to be together.
I cooked for many years for my extended family of 8, ranging in age from 0 to 90,
and on retreats, for 14 adults.
I enjoy gardening, and cleaning, sewing, mending, felting …..
I am an artist and my favourite medium is ceramic sculpture. I am deeply inspired by early matriarchal civilisations.
I love teaching handwork skills to adults and children and have run many family workshops.
I notice things that need doing, I take initiative, and am willing to do pretty much everything within my capacity.
