Hi everyone, my name is Mira and I'm Italian, more precisely I live in Trento in the north of Italy.
I love nature and animals. I eat vegetarian but I eat almost always vegan and I would like to become totally vegan, so if you are vegan I would love to start my "vegan life" with you :)
I love to cook, is one of my biggest passions.
I am very interested and attentive to ecology. I always try to reduce waste, to pollute as little as possible and to be as sustainable as possible in everyday life.

I believe in the Universe (I think there is something above us but I don't know if I like to call it God, so I call it Universe that I think it's more complete) and I believe in destiny.
I believe that if something has to happen, then it happens, but I also believe that one should not passively hold onto destiny otherwise it might become a bad thing. Sometimes you have to take control of your life and take action if you want to get something.

Several months ago, in a rather bad time of my life, I read a sentence of Alejandro Jodorowsky that help me so much: "The first step doesn't take you where you want, but it takes you away from where you are"
I took this phrase as a mantra of life because I think it is very useful to remember it.
So my choice to have an experience like this is one of the steps that I'm doing to move me from where I am to a place closer to my ideals and what I seek.
This is one of the steps I have to do to know myself better.
Very often my ideals are far from those of people around me and I feel misunderstood, but I’m realizing that people like me exist, only I’m looking for them in the wrong places.
It is true that the more you are in your habitat the easier it is to feel understood and find people in line with ourselves.

When I read all the beautiful projects on workaway my eyes light up and I can’t wait to go on this adventure that I know will bring me so much joy, happiness, peace and that will make me grow both as a person and spiritually.
Last summer I did my first workaway and it changed compleatly my view and my prospective of my life, I would say that was the best decision that I did in my life since now
Now Im in balance and Im more confident about myself and I have to say thank you to this experience and also to my journey of awareness that I began this last year
Now I feel like a new and completely renewed person
As I said, I love nature and stay in touch with it, it brings me immense joy. I love to walk barefoot and feel the energy of the mother earth and meditate.
In these year I started meditating and I really like it, I feel more in balance and listening to myself when I do it.
For a couple of years I did ashtanga yoga but for a year I stopped because I started the university (now I have given it up). But I keep doing few things of yoga in the morning
I've been juggling since I was a child. More precisely I do aerial fabrics and handstands.
It would be great to find a place to practice my passion even though I know it’s hard.

And now I present myself with some adjectives. I am a polite, kind, willing and sunny person but also shy (more at the beginning), rational and sometimes too meticulous.

Dopo aver passato diversi mesi in Portogallo il mio inglese è sicuramente migliorato ma vorrei migliorarlo sempre di più per creare sempre più facilmente legami profondi e poiché ho visto quanto importante e utile sia sapere un'altra lingua che non sia la nostra lingua madre. Oltre al miglioramento dell'inglese vorrei imparare anche altre lingue perché per me sarebbe un sogno imparare un'altra lingua sarei felice anche di insegnare l'italiano a chi fosse interessato (ovviamente non sono un insegnante quindi non fate aspettatevi grandi capacità da insegnante ahahah).

hello everyone, I am 21 years old and for this reason I want to clarify that all the things I know in the agricultural and culinary fields I learned from my parents or alone, thanks to my personal interest, reading and informing.
For this reason I can not say I have a great experience (but I want to learn!).
However, thanks to the environment in which I grew up, I can say that I have basic knowledge such as recognizing different types of plants, fruits and vegetables, knowing their seasonality and their properties and knowing how and when to collect them.
I have a great interest and love for nature.
And so I am ready to learn more and more thanks to you and with you.
In addition to nature I really like animals. I was born and raised in the country with cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens and for a long time I have been horse riding so I can say I know how to deal with them.

Speaking of food I have a great passion for vegan cooking. I love cooking, eating, experimenting and I would love to be able to help in cooking

I went to art school so if you needed I could help out in the artistic field.
I really like to draw, to paint, to carve and they tell me I’m good ahahah
