Bonjour :)
We are Vincent & Annegely, a french couple of travellers.

Annegely :
Hi ! I'm Annegely, 24 years old, I grew up in Paris in a mauritian - sri lankan family.
I'm passionate about plants, sustainability projects, herbal medecine and dream of becoming Herbalist. I love creating stuff - painting, collage, pressed flowers, photography, filming and would really enjoy helping you with creative works !
I've always loved travelling and started solo-travelling in France at the age of 18 using Workaway !
I had wonderful experiences in vineyards, farms and hostels where i met amazing people and grew a lot.
After my studies in Plant Biology i decided to leave Europe and travel around Indian Ocean, no date of return in mind, to give myself time to immerse into local life and discover plainfully this beautiful part of the world, which my family comes from.
I've travelled to India, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, and spent 1 year 1/2 in La Réunion (french island next to Mauritius) where I met Vincent.

Vincent :
Hello workawayers I'm Vincent. I come from France, I grew up in the charming town of La Rochelle, West Coast. I'm a 26 years old tall guy who loves simple things : sport, music, travelling, food (especially eating but also cooking), having time with family and friends.
I did my studies in Sport University to become a PE teacher, but I changed my mind after having my bachelor. Though I'm still passionate about sports, I love playing and watching soccer, rugby, racket sports, boardsport and many more. What I do like in sport is team spirit and surpassing oneself.
I had great experiences of family travels when I was a kid, but the one that changed my life was my working holiday visa in Australia when I was 20. I had to fend for myself to get a job, learn a new langage and make new friends : very exiting isn't it ? I had a lot of job experiences but the most part of the time I worked in maintenance of chicken farms in the bush. And then I did a fantastic road trip and came back in France with travel dreams in mind.
After a Europe Tour in my van, I sold it to start a new adventure in the beautiful island of La Réunion. I had the best 2 years of my life there, doing a lot of hiking and diving, and also working with kids. And I didn't fall in love only with this island...


After this beautiful journey in the Indian Ocean we're finally back in France, next to our families and friends, but not for long !
We're planning a trip to New-Zealand in november 2025.
