I love being and working in nature, with animals and children. As I have studied philosophy and English I love reading and thinking deeply about the world and people. My friends would describe me as kind, humorous, always ready to help and caring.
I am finishing my studies to become a teacher in July and want to see more of the world until I start working full-time. I have already done voluntary work in Sri Lanka and Ireland and loved both projects a lot. In Sri Lanka I worked as an English teacher and in Ireland I worked at the Organic Centre and learned a lot about gardening and outdoor work. This time around I would love to work in nature again, or with animals or children.
In my free time I like to read, dance and I can also crochet! I also like to do all kinds of arts and I am currently doing kickboxing.
I hope I can learn new things as a Workawayer and gain new experiences. I am so excited and can't wait!

I will finish my studies in English and philosophy to become a teacher in July. Thus, I can speak English fluently. My native language is German and I also learned Italian and French but unfortunately I cannot really use these languages in conversations. I would love to improve on them, though!
I have a lot of experiences with children, as I worked in a kindergarden, integration center/youth centre and schools. I also tutor children in English, German and sometimes Math.
In Ireland I learned how to garden but I also painted the outside of the Organic Centre and did some outside work like cutting trees, collecting wood and apple-juicing. I am by no means a professional gardener but when you explain to me what needs to be done, I can apply it quickly. I have also worked with animals as my boyfriend is a sheep farmer.
Moreover, I can crochet clothes and I can draw and paint.
