Hello!

My name is Maria, I am 20 years old and from Germany, but I lived in Chile for two years. I just graduated highschool and will be travelling New Zealand from February to May. In my free time, I love to spend time outdoors, especially hiking, windsurfing and jogging. I also love to do music :)

I‘m excited to experience workaway during my stay, as I‘m eager to help with different tasks, learn new skills and immerse myself in local culture. I‘m hardworking, reliable and a fast learner.

I have experience in working with children, and I have often provided tutoring in various subjects.
I grew up in the countryside, and though my parents don‘t have a farm and therefore my experience is limited, I am familiar with daily tasks and processes and willing to learn and gain experience.
Recently, we renovated our home, so I have a bit of experience with that. At home, I also do a lot of gardening and help with indoor tasks, such as cooking, baking, laundry…

I spent three weeks at this place and it was truly amazing! I met such great people there; everyone was incredibly friendly and kind!! And the food was just delicious!
