    Born French, but feel totally European after having studied and worked abroad. (Poland- Spain-Netherlands- India) I am enthusiastic to meet new people and share moments and experiences !!!

    I am a photographer since 3 years now, I work both on films (analog) or digital.
    I recently made a documentary on my own, so I am able to create good quality content and edit videos for your association, hostel, hotel or any nice organisation.

    But I have another passion ! Yogaaaaa
    In 2017-2018 I was in India, ended my Master in International Negotiation, I enjoys this time to get a Yoga teacher certification (200h Alliance Yoga Certification ) My speciality are Pranayama (Breathing techniques) Yin and Yoga Nidra. Since, I went deep into yoga and I acquired the 300h Alliance Yoga Certification, I can now teach restorative yoga to help people to ill different kind of diseases. (asthma, depression, digestive or respiratory issues, disc prolapse...)

    I am not a Chef but I know how to cook the premise of the french cuisine :)
    As internet and computers raise at my time I should be able to help you out. ;) More seriously I worked 2 years as merchandiser and marketing associate for multinational so I can help your association to get more exposure.

    I am part of a big family and I need to share and communicate with people.
    I am creative and could help you to find unusual solution in your daily life :)

    I like to draw, paint, play guitare and create !

    A session can takes from 1h to 3h, ideally a basic session last 1h30.

    Classes could be for all levels and are fully customized to be adapted to the people's body, rhythm and objectives.

    What kind of yoga for you ?

    I teach different types of yoga. The most traditional and my favorite, the HATHA. It's the classic and most practiced yoga that integrates asanas and resting postures. Hatha yoga will help you to improve your posture and increase your flexibility, breathe properly and thus increase your lung capacity, get more strength throughout the body and more energy and at the same time help you relax.

    I also give ASHTANGA class, a more physical and very dynamic type of yoga that aims to strengthen muscle mass and to make the ligaments more flexible, and as a consequence of that it allows to release retained emotions, cure and take care of the mind.

    And for relaxation, I teach YIN yoga. In Yin Yoga a posture is maintained for a longer time (3-7 minutes) and has among its main benefits to calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety and improve flexibility, circulation and mobility of the ligaments.

    Pranayama is the formal practice of controlling the breath, which is the source of our prana, or vital life force. Some yoga gurus rank pranayama over asana as the most important part of the practice ! If you're new to it, you may be wondering what exactly it is and how to get started, well I can explain and teach you :)

    Las clases son de una hora, una hora y media, y complemente personalizadas para ser adaptadas a tu cuerpo, ritmo y objetivo. Son para todos los niveles.

    He enseñado diferentes tipos de yoga, empezando por el más tradicional, el HATHA, el yoga clásico y más practicado que integra asanas y posturas de descanso. El Hatha yoga te ayudará a: mejorar tu postura y aumentar tu flexibilidad, respirar correctamente y así aumentar tu capacidad pulmonar, obtener más fuerza en todo el cuerpo y más energía y al mismo tiempo te ayudará a relajarte.

    Puedo dar clase de ASHTANGA también, un tipo de yoga mas físico y muy dinámico que apunta a fortalecer la masa muscular y a flexibilizar los ligamentos, y como consecuencia de eso permite liberar emociones retenidas, curar y cuidar la mente.

    Y para relajación, doy clase de YIN yoga. En el Yin yoga se mantiene una postura por un tiempo más largo (3-7 minutos) y tiene entre sus beneficios principales los de calmar la mente, reducir el estrés y la ansiedad, mejorar la flexibilidad, la circulación y la movilidad de los ligamentos.
