    2025/12/22 update
+ I am doing one in Sechelt right now. I am having a great time here with local people! I haven't had my reference yet. But I am pretty sure my host will be happy to talk with you!

I did work for accommodation in K'gari Island in Australia, where it is made of only sand! I met such a cool people, we worked together and explored island with a 4x4 drive car.(Driving on off-road was amazing!)

I was about to start my new journey in Canada. I started this journey because doing a working holiday was my dream. I dreamt of speaking English fluently and making friends from everywhere. Also, I wasn’t happy with myself when I was working as a physical therapist in Korea. I had just graduated and started working right away to help people. I faced many challenges, but I couldn’t support myself mentally. I didn’t know or love myself. So when my patients were not happy even though I tried to help them, I couldn’t protect myself from mental fatigue.
So I decided to leave Korea and get to know myself. I said to my mom, “Mom, I will be away for a year.” In the end, it turned out to be three and a half years in New Zealand. I converted my old mini car (Nissan Note 2016) into my little house. I put everything that I had in my car and traveled around the whole of New Zealand. That feeling of love, confidence, and freedom — I felt alive and truly myself.

When I went back to Korea, I couldn’t stay there because my heart told me to go and travel more. So I jumped to Australia. I bought a 2003 Toyota RAV4. I did my road trip with it for 2 years. I bought my car with 220,000 km on it, and I sold it when it had 270,000 km.

From 2018 to 2025, from a beginner English speaker to a fluent English speaker — not only that, I have changed a lot from the person I was 7 years ago. I sat down and thought about what I really wanted to do at the end of this travel. I started this journey because I wanted to find who I am, what I am good at, what kind of person I want to become, and more. And what I found was that I still want to help people. From the first moment I decided to become a physical therapist, I wanted to help people with what I have. That was the core of me. I have changed a lot and become stronger than I used to be. I am ready to help people again.

So here I am. Now I am coming to Canada to start the next chapter of my life. I want to become a physiotherapist assistant in Canada. (Unfortunately, I can’t convert my Korean physical therapist certificate into a Canadian one. Luckily, I can still work as an assistant.) So I decided to come over to help people in Canada.

    😊My Personality
    ENFJ🌻
I often get described as “positive, chatty, and friendly.” I love people. I love deep conversations about life. As a person who will share your house with you in the future, I am very responsible and tidy. I like things organized and clean, so I won’t be messy in your house. I am social but not a party person. I enjoy everything from casual conversations to deep ones. I’m happy to listen to your life stories and wisdom.

    🤲What I Can Offer You
I have worked in various positions throughout my life. I worked as a barista (Queenstown in New Zealand), vineyard worker (Cromwell, Blenheim in New Zealand), cleaner (Tauranga in New Zealand), kitchen hand (Perth, Australia), cellar hand (Melbourne, Adelaide in Australia), and farm hand (Tasmania, Bundaberg in Australia). I also did shift work such as 12 hours a day, 6 days in a row. I am physically strong.

I just got my Yoga Teacher Certificate (200h) this year, so we can do yoga sessions together too! 🧘🏻‍♀️

I’m pretty sure I can cover any kind of help you need!💪
