Hello!

My name is Théo, I’m 22 and I’m from France. I’m currently living in Fakarava, in French Polynesia, where I spend most of my time training, working, and discovering a different way of life.

I’m interested in entrepreneurship and I’ve had some experience with projects in the past, but I’m not running anything at the moment. What matters most to me right now is learning through real experiences, taking initiative, and being useful wherever I am. I like understanding how things work and getting involved rather than just observing from the outside.

Sport is a big part of my daily life. I’ve been strength training for years and I also run regularly road runs, trail runs, and sprints. Training keeps me grounded and disciplined, and it strongly influences the way I approach work, challenges, and relationships.

I’m also very interested in personal development and mindset. I enjoy learning, reading, and reflecting, especially about discipline, habits, and self-improvement. I’m naturally curious and I like being around people and environments that push me to grow.

I’m also deeply interested in the philosophy behind Buddhism and this state of mind. The ideas of simplicity, presence, and inner peace really resonate with me. I know that finding peace is a long journey, but it’s something I consciously seek in the way I live, work, and interact with others.

Workaway really fits my way of traveling. I’m not looking to be a tourist, I want to experience places through daily life, help out, and connect with people in a genuine way. I’m respectful, reliable, and I put real energy into what I do, whether it’s helping with a project, daily tasks, or simply sharing moments together.

I’m a versatile, self‑motivated person who adapts quickly to new environments. Growing up in a do‑it‑yourself family and living in French Polynesia has given me solid practical skills and the confidence to learn fast.

My core strengths come from years of disciplined training and entrepreneurial work: I’m physically strong, organised and able to take initiative without waiting to be told what to do. I’m reliable, respectful and I genuinely like helping people. If I don’t know how to do something, I’ll figure it out quickly instead of standing idle.

I’m comfortable in remote locations and love being outdoors. I thrive in teamwork and I’m curious about different ways of living. That said, I’m only 22 and still building experience — I don’t pretend to be an expert in everything, and I’m aware that sometimes my drive can make me impatient. My goal is to be useful and to learn, but I also know that patience and humility are part of mastering any skill.

Overall, what I bring is energy, discipline and a willingness to work hard and learn. If you’re looking for someone who takes responsibility and doesn’t shy away from demanding tasks, I can help. Just don’t expect me to know it all; I’m here to grow, not to deliver miracles.

Outside of work and travel, I spend a lot of time on physical training, running, hiking, and gym workouts, because pushing my body helps keep my mind clear and focused. I also make a point of spending time in nature, and I’m always curious about new cultures and the lessons I can learn from the people I meet.

I’m also very interested in the philosophy of Buddhism and this way of approaching life. The ideas of simplicity, presence, and inner peace really resonate with me. I know that finding peace is a long and ongoing journey, but it’s something I consciously try to cultivate in the way I live and interact with others.

I’m also drawn to cooking, animals, photography, and anything that feels like an adventure. These aren’t just hobbies for me, they’re ways to learn, experiment, and share experiences with others.

I consider myself curious, sociable, and respectful. I enjoy sharing meaningful moments, whether that means preparing a meal together, working on a project, or having conversations that go beyond small talk. At the same time, I’m aware that my energy and ambition can sometimes make me restless if I don’t channel them well, so I’m working on finding a better balance between intensity and presence.
