niccolo is an Italian chef. he worked for 20 years in italian kitchen and he spend the last 6 years to study asian food.
in every trip, niccolo makes itself available to cook for the staff, volunteers, customers, guests and above all it wants the collaboration of the local to learn, make fusions, observe, share new foods. in addition to cooking, niccolo's passions are art, especially painting, fishing and craftsmanship.
francesca instead works as a restaurant menager in an italian restaurant and is a sommelier. but his true passion and his university studies are social workers.
Francesca's abilities are the organization of a team, the formation of a work group, motivation and stimulus to reach a common goal, sharing, participating, and above all listening, knowing the socio-cultural dynamics that exist in the micro and macro sociological .
together, francesca and niccolo are a cheerful couple, serious and respectful of others.
Francesca is also a divers and tourist guide for snorkeling.

fortunately we have the possibility of being free 3 months a year from work and we take the opportunity to travel, learn about new places, cultures, people, activities and make a small contribution to those who welcome us.
we started to travel together in Asia 3 years ago, and we stopped in many place thanks volunteer activities:
We stayed in an eco resort in Cambodia with other workawayers, and in thailand, for several years now, we are volunteers in an orphanage in phuket town.
we are a dynamic couple who like to have cultural exchanges with local people and travelers, we are smiling, we really want to do things and above all to feel part of a family team.
