I'm from a little village in the French Alps, I'm currently an aerospace engineering student, and I also have a pastry chief diploma.
I enjoy cooking (of course), running, hiking, swimming and moving generally, I don't like spending hours sitting on a chair.
I'd like, after getting my diploma, to build houses requiring less energy, by implementing low-tech installations directly in the houses. I'm using this gap year to learn what kind of installations are nowadays used, how they are built, etc... I want to learn how to live a sustainable and eco-friendly life, how to have an impact less significant on Earth.
As it says in the description, I have a pastry chief diploma, so my main skill is cooking and baking, and I'm good at organizing my time to be as efficient as possible.
I also worked in a highschool to provide homework assistance in maths and physics to the students, and babysat kids from age 4 to 9 for a year and a half.
So far I volunteered in two farms, where I helped with the meals, did some gardening like cutting grass, planting semis, installing fences and irrigation systems. I've also built some stuff like a solar oven, or a cage for geese
