Descripción

I’m 18 years old and come from Germany. I’ve just graduated and am now ready to finally set out into the world. During my school years, I did several work placements, including one at a vet’s surgery.
Generally speaking, I’m very interested in nature, enjoy identifying plants, and have a dog with whom I love spending time. I’m looking forward to discovering Scandinavian nature. To relax, I like listening to music or a podcast and drawing. With friends, I enjoy trying out crazy (vegan) recipes. Like cookie dough made from chickpeas – very tasty ;) – or brownies made from courgettes. I’m currently in the process of perfecting my summer roll recipe.
My new passion is henna tattoos (I discovered they existed two weeks ago and I’m hooked). I also recently came across the surprisingly simple method of chromatography for plant pigments. I find that really interesting too. I enjoy outdoor activities like playing football or volleyball, but I also love bouldering.

I could do some light gardening, such as mowing the lawn, picking fruit, trimming hedges or tending to flower beds. I can also do small painting jobs, such as painting fences or walls. I’d be happy to look after your pets or help out in the kitchen.

We had a lovely time with Helene. She was attentive, warm and happy to take on whatever task we put in front of her. She is a hard worker and is not afraid to try new things. She cooked us some great meals and showed us her favourite german music. She fit greatly with both family's on the farm and we would be very happy to welcome her again!

I stayed with Tove, her family and her neighbors for 17 days. Even before I arrived, I found the communication to be very friendly and close. This impression was confirmed during my stay. Both families were very helpful, courteous and open-minded. I was even allowed to arrive three days early at short notice :D

I spent 16 days with Vikas and Mia’s family and it was a brilliant experience. They’re both really lovely and caring. I took on a wide variety of tasks, such as tidying rooms, cleaning furniture, mowing the lawn and doing some cooking.
