Hi, I'm Hali, I'm 19, born and raised in Devon, England. In 2023, I lived with my uncle in Australia, looking after my 2 cousins, and I have just spent 3 months caring for twin 20 month olds. Some of my biggest aspirations in life are to travel and work with children, and this seems like the perfect way to go about it! I'm a great worker, and I have a lot of experience with children, as I'm the eldest daughter of a large family. I also have experience caring for dogs and cats, as well as small animals and reptiles as I did a year of animal care in college. I love music and musicals, I'm always moving/dancing/singing, mostly pop and musical theatre, or anything that gives me a smile. I also like baking, I make amazing cookies, which I love to share with others. I would love to come and stay with a kind, loving family who I can hopefully have a positive impact on. I grew up with 4 siblings, me and my sisters were home educated, so we spent a lot of times outdoors, in woods, on boats, climbing trees.
I have a lot of experiencewith children of all ages, and I'm a hard worker.
I got a paper round at 13, and have been working since.
I can mend clothing/toys, sew, knit, and crochet.
I'm barista trained, and have first aid, food health and safety, and responsible service of alcohol certifications.
I have also have an Australian working with children check, and police background checks, as I was interested in working in a school.
I love baking sweet treats, and also good at working with dietary requirements. Would love to do some baking with you.
I have just spent 3 months with a family of twin 20 month olds, and had so much fun!
