Born in London and bred in Somerset, I love to explore, learn, cook and create. I enjoy sunny days, the sound of sea gulls and beautiful views. Since 2013 I have worked as a clothing designer and before that I worked within hospitality for ten years. I'm happy to work outdoors and want to learn more about local biodiversity. permaculture, farming techniques, growing fruits, veggies and herbs. I have a keen interest in nutrition and wellness and want expand my knowledge, learning more about herbal remedies. I love to get stuck in, am friendly and reliable. I'd also like to learn about food preservation techniques, herbal remedies and anything else that will support a nourishing nutritious lifestyle.

My friends say that I'm "handy" and that I can turn my hand to most things. I am confident in the kitchen and cook tasty nutritious meals. I can paint, decorate, sew, craft, make and repair clothing or soft furnishings and know my way around a computer. I'm happy to take on domestic duties, look after animals and children. I want to gain skills in the garden and green spaces and learn how to grow food.
