I love connecting with others and experiencing as much of the world as I can. Traveling feeds my soul. Breathing in different rhythms and ways of life is always such an enriching experience. It's a dream of mine to one day be fluent in Spanish and of course, I would love to learn other languages as well. I'm very passionate about yoga and massage therapy and am always honored to share the gift of these practices with others. I love music, dancing and handstands, and enjoy connecting with others through movement and play. I am currently writing a book and write poetry from time to time as well. I believe we are all artists and I enjoy environments that allow individuals to feel free to express themselves authentically in whatever way calls to them. I'm also really excited to learn how to play the guitar and surf! Overall, just drinking in as much of this beautiful life as possible.

I am a 500hr E-RYT yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching. I am also a licensed massage therapist with specialized training in myofascial release and Thai Massage. Many years of experience in the restaurant industry as well, so I am skilled at multi tasking, and providing others with warm, exceptional service. I also have experience working with children in education. I think my greatest strength regardless of what I'm doing, is my ability to stay positive and optimistic in any situation and I've been told that my genuine enthusiasm for life is contagious.
