Hello Great to meet you
My name is Bernice, my friend call me Bea. I come from a creative background with a BA (HONS) degree. For the last 2 decades I have been following a yoga/meditation practice, having my own studio and working on retreat. I now run a product based business online that I can work remotely for a few hours a day. I adore travel, adventure, retreat life & team work. I am very passionate about animal welfare, conscious living, botanical nutrition and personal development. I look forward to connecting with you and hopefully adding value in some way to you and your organisation.

I come from a very creative background with a BA (hons) degree in the Arts still painting now. I have danced most of my young adult years and performed with STOMP. For the last 20 years I have taught Yoga & Mediation, running a studio and managing retreats in the UK & Abroad. I practise self development everyday and have my own personal practice alongside running an online business that is product based but not over time consuming. Just a few hours a day and can be remotely maintained. I really enjoy team work but happy as a self starter. I enjoy guiding people to their best self and also treating myself the same - always learning and studying. I also have a background in retail management.
