Hello, I am a spiritual, creative, hardworking and empathetic person. I love to meet new people and learn what I can from them. My mind is open as well as my heart. I am particularly interested in learning how to create a sustainable, healthy and spiritual sanctuary from folks in the New England area. I would like to create my own place, but I'm not sure where to start, then I discovered this site ( my younger co-workers were like duh..) I am divorced and my children (2 boys 30 and 21) are off on their own adventures, and I am ready to begin my next one!

Que habilidades tienes?

I've spent much of my life doing physical jobs and later in life managing people to do these jobs ( but still wind up getting my hands dirty, I dislike sitting in front of a computer and prefer to work outside). Currently I work as a procurment specialist, small equipment manager and I also manage our yard and facility. I have many hobbies, I play music, write bad poetry and lyrics, paint, work with different media, such as stained glass and repurposing old things, but my favorite hobby is woodworking. I have worked on tree crews, pruned for arborists, spent a few years in a cabinet shop, worked with masons, owned a 200 and a 100 year old house, both of which I really enjoyed renovating myself. I know basic electrical, some plumbing (not my favorite), and carpentry and finish work. I've split wood for myself and commercially. I like to garden and landscape. And I really love to learn new skills (i would really love to learn how to care for farm animals). I'm an early riser and consider work to be a spiritual practice as well as an excellent form of communication. I am also a meditator with my own spiritual practice.
