Hello to whoever is reading this:)

I am a 21 year old girl from Sweden who is taking a few years off school to explore as much of the world as possible before attending university. I am a very versatile person with loads of interest and hobbies. After backpacking all across Europe and Asia I have learnt that I love life in the city since I am a huge fan of history and culture and love to get lost among small streets filled with life, emerging in different cultures with amazing people, food, languages and history. But since I grew up at the Swedish country side I also truly enjoy a more simply and close to earth way of living. I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty and working with my hands in nature. I have experience with boats, tractors and many years experience with my own horses. Also growing my own food or just plants in general is a huge interest of mine that I would love to expand on and learn more about since I have plans on starting studying biology and agriculture.

In general I am a very social person that is used to having loads of people around me since I have lived and worked in hostels for 6 months so meeting new people and learning about their culture is something I have learnt to love!

Apart from traveling I have experience with working in service, restaurants, cafés, amusement park and with child care back in Sweden where I have really learnt combining efficiency and superb service with a smile:)

Right now am I studying french in Aix-en-Provence because I have a big interest in the french-speaking world and maybe want to move to france or any other french speaking country in the future. But, I have loads of free time since school finishes at 12.30 every day and weekends are pretty much always free. That’s why I want to meet french speakers to help me practice my french in exchange of anything! I am more than happy to help with cleaning, chores, babysitting, animals, projects… anything!! Just to have something to do and take advantage of my time here!

Apart from working in numerous hostels all over the world, I have also had several jobs in sweden. The most recent was at a indian restaurant in the center of Gothenburg where I was a waitress for 7 months. It was a very challenging job with a very high tempo but I learned a lot about the restaurant industry and how to be a welcoming waitress.
Before that I worked in a 7eleven in the busiest street of Gothenburg. I learned to have thick skin and handel a lot of situations on my own while having responsibility over the store even during the night.
In 2021 I have been working at Sweden's largest amusement park, Liseberg, as a ride operator and in the cashier selling tickets. During 2019 I worked at children's amusement house. It was a very fun job where I mostly cooked simple food like hamburgers and pancakes, sat in the register or organized and took care of birthday parties.

I love to travel, meet new people and see new surroundings! I am both up for a night in, cooking food and playing games and a night out! So I am a flexible person who is up for anything!
