Kia ora! I’m a 33-year-old from Auckland, New Zealand, with a deep love for the outdoors, adventure, and meaningful connections. Before setting off on my journey, I lived and worked in vibrant Sydney, Australia—until COVID border closures redirected my path in unexpected ways. Since then, life has led me to Europe, where I now run my own swimming coaching business in Rīga, Latvia.
With over a decade of experience as a professional swimming coach in both New Zealand and Australia, I bring strong leadership, a passion for teaching, and a warm, patient approach to working with people of all ages. Sharing knowledge and empowering others—especially through physical movement and water—is at the heart of what I do.
Beyond the pool, I thrive in natural environments. I love spending time around animals, climbing mountains, discovering hidden waterfalls, picking fresh fruit, baking, swimming in lakes, and simply living close to nature. I also deeply enjoy learning about new cultures and forming lifelong friendships with people from all walks of life.
I’m down-to-earth, hardworking, and open-hearted. Whether it’s helping with daily tasks, teaching new skills, or sharing stories over home-baked treats, I always aim to bring positive energy and curiosity into any space I’m welcomed into.

Andrei stayed for 3 weeks and was engaged, energetic, open-minded who loved to have a laugh, hmmmmmmm! He moulded into the family environment very well. He was happy to try and learn new things while show-casing some of his experiences. I hope to meet Andrei again somewhere in the world and will definitely invite him back.
