Hi, my name is Amelie, 22 years old and I live in Germany, nearby Stuttgart.
My family and friends describe me as a friendly, open-hearted and open-minded, happy and positive person.

One of my favourite countries is England. I have already been there several times and every time I´ve been there, I fell in love with this country even more.
For me it´s the landscape, the culture, the atmosphere, and just the typical British life that attracts me.

Currently I am studying English and Philosophy to get a Teaching Degree for Secondary Schools. Moreover, I am a youth worker, I give tutoring lessons and I babysit the children of a befriended family regularly. As you can see, I really love to work with children and being surrounded by them, because it’s great to experience how children see and explore the world with their own perspective.
Furthermore, as I want to become an English teacher one day, I am looking forward to improve my English.

My leisure activities are gardening, baking, dancing ballet, reading, playing piano and being full of laughters :)
I´m also a sociable person who likes to help others of course.

Que habilidades tienes?

I adopt to every job and try to do my best. I´m very empathic and good at childcare, as I did (besides of my experience as youth worker and babysitter) internships at an elementary school, high school and a school for handicapped children. Furthermore, I’m a creative person as I was organising and leading a handicraft workshop as an after school activity. One of my biggest strength is to interact with others. I´m also very hard-working and cooperative.

I love being in a warm ambience, being in nature and doing good to other peole. I also like cats as we have one in my family and I´m a big Harry Potter fan :)
